If you haven’t tried delicious Blacksticks Blue yet get yourself over to the Farm Shop and pick up a chunk of it from the Delicatessen. A beautiful blue that never over overpowers, just a perfect creamy balance of flavour. If that’s too blue for you try a slice of Cornish Blue, a milder cheese but by no means bland. Both are perfect with oatcakes, pears and walnuts.
