Peppermint Creams

Ready made fondant icing

Peppermint essence

Green food colouring

Trenance plain, milk or white chocolate

Use a much or as little of the icing as you wish

Flavour the icing with the peppermint essence. Divide & colour one half with green colouring, if desired.

Roll out to ½cm thickness.  Cut into small rounds approx 2cm diameter

Set aside.

Melt whichever chocolate you prefer to use to coat.  Dip each peppermint cream into the melted chocolate & put aside to set.  When set place into petit four cases & store in airtight tin.
