Carpaccio di Manzo

200g Lobbs Farm Shop beef fillet

juice of half lemon

4 tbspns extra virgin olive oil

salt

pepper

parmesan cheese shavings

 

Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil, lemon, salt & pepper in a bowl

Slice the fillet very thinly (or ask our butcher to do this for you!)

Layer the beef, parmesan cheese & the dressing on a serving dish

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours

Serve with some crusty bread
