Scaloppine di Maiale e Pollo

250g chicken breast

250g pork loin

flour

1 lemon

olive oil

butter

salt & pepper

 

Slice the chicken breast & pork loin thinly (again you can ask out butcher to do this for you)

Pour some flour on to a plate, season with salt & pepper.  Coat each side of the chicken & pork slices evenly with flour & shallow fry at a medium heat in butter & olive oil.  When cooked remove them & place in a dish.

Deglaze the pan with the lemon juice & pour on top of the meat.
