Seafood pasta

Pasta al fruitti di mare

Linguine or spaghetti

Mixed shellfish

Parsley – chopped

Garlic – chopped

Chopped tomatoes

Chilli

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

 

Clean the shellfish while the water for the pasta boils

In a large frying pan heat the oil, add the shellfish, stir & cover for 1 min

Add the chopped tomatoes, chilli, garlic & parsley & season to taste

In the meantime, cook the pasta in the boiling, salted water, drain & add to the sauce, stirring.
