Pork & Apple Burgers

Pork & Apple Burgers makes 4 Burgers

1lb/455g Pork Mince

1 Apple, grated

1 Red onion finely diced

Handful fresh Sage leaves, finely chopped

Seasalt & Black pepper

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, divide into four burgers and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours before putting them under the grill or on the barbecue. When cooking make sure they’re thoroughly cooked through to the middle. Serve up in buns with salads or caramelised onions
